Transience is a mural done on a whiteboard wall in Carnegie Mellon University’s Gates-Hillman Center for Computer Science. It was created on February 27th, 2014, between the hours of 12 and 6 am because I wanted to give the effect that the piece magically appeared overnight. The core idea driving the murals creation was that I wanted to create an extremely detailed, intricate, and delicate drawing on a surface which would eventually have to be erased.
